1. Load Problem Note- Reporting per VSTE Adobe rep request

   After speaking to Adobe rep at VSTE conference, I would like to make note of recent issues regarding load time, or lack thereof, for any Adobe project in my district. The main page and any searches will load perfectly fine for students and teachers. However, when they go to click on any template to use it or even start a new project from scratch, the screen will not load. This has happened every time I have attempted to use Adobe with classes over the past two weeks (four different classes and teachers on multiple occasions).

    I have a suggestion that has the potential to make me want to use Xpress. For a long time I noticed some behance streams,… and thought,…. Its good work of the people coding it and its nice to have – but there is something about Xpress I don’t like.
    I just think now, and may be that is what really don’t like:
    I don’t like the optical appearance. But I don’t say that it is some sort of ugly or of bad. It’s more than ok for people that never done anything like that what’s possible with Xpress.

    But I think there might be more people who prefer and Interface that has the almost like appearance like a standard desktop app. (with a menue bar and tools) but I think that would not be it in complete,… may be its better to be close to the standard GUI-stuff,… but have some modifications. That are nowhere else – just in Xpress. (don’t know what would be best way – might be an additional menu bar at the bottom – or make the standard menu some sort of like look-similar but work a little bit different or both or whatever you think is best way).

    I do not say to change the optical appearance (keep it the way it is) (for sure some people will always like it better the way it is now) - add a free to choose appearance/option.

    Of course it’s a lot of work. But may be, that would make it more attractive to me and in general for almost everyone who has seen and used some standard GUI-software that does nothing comparable to the Stuff you can do with stuff from Adobe).

    Add an option where I can define which frame of my video will be the preview image of that video in my instagram grid and the preview image also in other social channels before a user clicks play. In most cases, I do not want to show the first frame as the preview. In the Later scheduling tool this is called "select cover".
