Yes. It's a joke that desktop and app versions don't work the same. Waste of time having to switch to app to animate text!

They still haven't added this feature to Desktop? I've been having to switch between iPad and Desktop just to make some stuff animate. Very counterproductive for designers!

I'm really tired of switching back and forth for MacBook to phone for the animation in Spark. I just don't understand why adobe will not make this change. it creates inefficiency in my workflow. I spend a ton of $$$$ on adobe CC, surely you can make the change for all of the people that have been begging for it.

I never create on my phone or android tablet so it makes no sense to me that adobe has chosen not to give us these features. I am paying a bundle of money to Adobe. What's the point of this?

Yeah this really makes no sense.....I have a phone next to my very nice computer...that I have to transfer over to....just to animate and post. This is an elementary grade mistake Adobe...

Hi Adobe Team, we would love Animation to be on the desktop / cloud version asap... any news on timelines yet?

We now have a full time social media person in which we added an adobe account for them, for them to tell me the Spark Post desktop version does not have Animation?

However apparently they can through Canva. Being a long term Adobe client the last 12 years I would love that we could keep it in the Adobe family..

I agree I find it inconvenient not having this feature on the desktop version.

Having animation available on desktop for posts and video would be a game changer for us. Right now, we're not using Spark as much simply because animation isn't available on desktop.

I was curious if there had been any further updates on this feature since February? Canva is now beginning to roll out desktop animated posts and, soon, stickers (it's in beta mode, but currently a free tool)... and of course Crello has their extensive collection of animated templates.

Creating animation on desktop would be awesome. As of right now it's difficult for my job. I'm constantly worried that my boss is thinking I'm sitting on my phone all day when really I'm working on something. It sounds like an excuse to be on my phone! Would be greatly appreciated if we could ********* the desktop asap. I need to do it on a bigger screen as well.

I've stopped using it completely now because it makes me look suspicious at work even though I've explained the problem. But what person is going to believe that Adobe didn't include it in desktop!?
