Realtime Collaboration
Current collaboration requires a sign-out and sign-in process that only allows one editor at a time. It is very 2000 compared with MS Office Google Docs and even Adobe XD that allow live multi-user edits. I have been invited to two collaborations and neither worked. The project could not be found. Additionally, when working collaboratively the images added by each user do not show up for other users. All images another user added to a Spark presentation I shared could not be seen by other users and vice-versa for images they added. Finally, other users could not publish or update a published presentation I created. These limitations make Spark collaboration unusable for many modern, shared workflows.

Thanks for this feedback! AJD, Peg and others - would you expect certain parts of the project to remain 'locked' as it was shared/edited by others? Or do you expect the entire project to be editable by others?

I would be useful if I could design a video but let other people, in a different location, add the voice. This would be especially useful if we wanted different voices on different slides as our people are located all over the State (and I am in a different State).

Hi!
We are working on expanding to include this functionality, but in the meantime, we suggest that users who want to collaborate on projects create a special account in order to do so, with a shared login. We hope that helps!
Thanks for your feedback,

Hi!
That function is on the roadmap, for sure! Also, in the meantime, we suggest creating a special account with a shared login & password for collaboration.
Thanks for the suggestion,

would be better if I can have more than one student work on a spark project to encourage collaboration and creativity among partners

Collaborate with others in the work place who share a company Creative Cloud license. Whenever a Spark page is updated, it will notify others who are granted access to collaborate.
