Lately, it takes way too long to load. I haven't been able to successfully access any of my projects to edit them on the web version for weeks. What's up?

Usually, I can't find much appropriate templates when I go on web version so I tend to go to the mobile app.. Then after that I go back to web to make the edits because phones are sometimes hard to use for making edits... also the web version sometimes takes forever to load up...I've tried different editing web apps before but nothing beats the slowlyness of adobe spark
