Brand Collaboration
I need to be able to make a brand - logo, templates - the lot - as if for one business - and share this with others, so that a whole community can share in a common look accessing the same brand via spark - either via a common login or individual loggin into a common space.
Thank you for being so patient with this feature! Exciting news!!!!!
On Spark web, you can now share your brands with anyone on your team so that everyone can easily create content with your brand logos, colors, and fonts across web and iOS!
To get started, navigate to “Brands” on the left of Spark’s home screen and then click “Invite” on your Brand cards. Recipients can accept from an email or an in-app notification and then use the brand in their Spark Posts, Pages & Videos by picking it from the Brand switcher.
We’re really excited to get your feedback about this feature, so please email me if you are interested in participating in some user research to give feedback on the experience!
Thanks so much,
Chloe

I have loaded my adobe spark login with all our brand assets, and now my marketing team is asking if I can share with them in the cloud... I can't figure out how to do this!

Agreed. Would personally love the option to be able to share brands and manage multiple brands. Someone else suggested the functionality to "lock-down" the brands so that only certain people can choose what fonts or aspects of the design could be changed - very helpful for designers who want to let social/digital team members pump out work!

This is SOOOO needed. I can do this with canva... I'd love to switch to this though. I'm a massive Adobe Fan. Any idea as to when this will happen?

Wow. I started using this application for our social media graphics and just assumed this was possible. I can't set up my managed brand to share so others can access it too??? That seems like it should be a foundational function of this type of application. Really disappointed that I've invested the time I have to this point!

Are there any updates on when we might be getting this?
Our team was hoping to start using Spark for social media projects, but it's a bummer that I can't give anyone else access to the branded templates I've developed.

This would be great! Would love to see this work just like you can add collaborators to a Creative Cloud library. Please make this happen. Thanks!

Im adding to this!! I would love to have this feature available as well. For Designer to create and PR team to work from the template that can be shared via email address. So when you have the three dots at the top right of the template one of the options would be "Share Template".

I currently have Adobe Spark but would like to share the Brand & templates within Adobe Spark with the rest of my team. Canva is a good example of sharing templates and designs with teams. Learn from them.

Thank you - Building 'shared brand templates for teams' functionality into Spark would be a key update from my perspective. Ideally a creative team could curate a branded template/asset library that users across the organization could access and customize as needed. (integrated with Creative Cloud libraries for CC users as well as Spark monthly subscribers)

For me, Spark is worthless without this, all apps have templates why would I bother building them again unless I can share it with non design staff so they can build there own consistently branded graphics.

I think this is very good idea.
Same layout and design, but teammates can choose their own color to post on their own social media, really cool and save time. 👏🏻👏🏻 -

This needs to be escalated. Our company has an Enterprise Creative Cloud account and we require the ability to share these Spark branded templates across the organization so our team of 25+ social media producers can stay aligned on the brand look in Spark.

We switched to Canva, too. Adobe, you are much to slow with listening to your (former) customers. We don´t need tons of new features in CC, we need production tools that work and support our daily business. We don´t like your monthly fee model and all this cloud stuff nobody asked for.

Gibt es alternative Apps in denen das erstellen von einfachen Grafiken möglich ist, mit Team-Funktion?

Great Veronica! In my particular case, we do marketing for many different apartment complexes (a little less than 200). I need the ability to store each of their logos/colors/fonts as separate brands. I could reuse a lot of templates for different apartments (example: if some apartments were having a halloween party, I could essentially just swap out the logos and times).
Also, as something a little different in my industry, we need to use Equal housing logos across all of our materials. It is just a little tag we essentially have to put on everything, usually very small at the bottom of a design. It would be great to be able to have something like this auto-populate as a feature.

Can branded templates be locked down, meaning restricting the use of fonts, template layouts and colors etc. When an admin/designer creates a template let us toggle a switch that would allow user changes or lock out changes. This would help keep brands consistent, reduce review cycles and keep the World free of orange Comic book sans etc.

Using Spark as an in-house corporate marketing tool would be a huge win for us.
Working as an in-house designer I would love to share branded templates with coworkers, so they could co-create content that followed a review and editing workflow before the send to channel button is pressed. At the moment Spark is aimed at single users, which is not how many of use need to work.
Bannersnack has many of the features that Adobe Spark customers are crying out for.Can Adobe share their roadmap of when new features being asked for might be released, so when asked we can set exceptions with our Executives.
thank you Adobe for a great Adobe Max 2018
