Brand Collaboration
I need to be able to make a brand - logo, templates - the lot - as if for one business - and share this with others, so that a whole community can share in a common look accessing the same brand via spark - either via a common login or individual loggin into a common space.
Thank you for being so patient with this feature! Exciting news!!!!!
On Spark web, you can now share your brands with anyone on your team so that everyone can easily create content with your brand logos, colors, and fonts across web and iOS!
To get started, navigate to “Brands” on the left of Spark’s home screen and then click “Invite” on your Brand cards. Recipients can accept from an email or an in-app notification and then use the brand in their Spark Posts, Pages & Videos by picking it from the Brand switcher.
We’re really excited to get your feedback about this feature, so please email me if you are interested in participating in some user research to give feedback on the experience!
Thanks so much,
Chloe

Just adding my +1 support for this feature: it would be very valuable for teams that create branded content. It looks like it's been in the pipeline for almost a year... must be nearly time for some good news?

Is there any news about this feature?
I (freelance designer) would like to set up brand with a set of templates for one of my clients. They should be able to use those templates and publish them on Social Media – but not to change the templates. So nobody could mess up with the layouts.
Without this feature I don't feel Spark would fit into their workflow.
Thank you for working on it.

Does this include giving a collaborator the ability to publish as well? Or to change ownership? At the moment, a collaborative project still can only be updated by the owner, which makes it difficult...

yes it seems like creating a brand doesn't have very much use if you can't share it with your team.

It would be so useful when collaborating on a project to be able to access the brand used for that project. It is very frustrating otherwise.

I was hoping to see brand collaboration at Adobe Max 2019 when Veronica Belmont was on stage. Very anxious to have this implemented as this would be extremely useful for my team.

Is there an easier way to do this?

Be able to save all your logos and migrate them easily to a new Adobe Spark account.

Hi!
Thanks so much for your request! We are exploring these workflows! I am going to merge this with our brand collaboration thread since it should solve the need for teams and enterprises.
Thanks!

How close are we to implementing this? For the many reasons stated by others, this is a critical feature for us.

Being able to build templates and brand into an enterprise license would make this way easier to use for Schools and Universities who would like for their content to have a consistent starting point. Not so much for students but certainly for staff. It would certainly provide a lot more options for use for enterprise clients.

Our university recently acquired Adobe Enterprise licensing. We would like to see this feature implemented for brand identity on a global level not just individually. It would be useful to have a variety of templates to choose from with read only access, colors and logos would not be able to be changed. And sharing with specific users.

Thanks so much for the helpful feedback, everyone! We will take this into consideration.

I have a small business with shared social media posting.
1) My use, we need to have shared branding and share for access. We have limited use for shared brand creation - in these situations, I would rather the user work with me and I make or share the updates to have brand control and re-distribute.
2) We apply different branding sets for different uses, so being able to apply in specific templates or groups of templates is useful. Second priority to being able to share branded templates in general. -

Hi Chloe,
Glad to see you are on the ball with this BB's concerns.
1: In organisations both large and small it would be prudent to have a central Master Administrator who can delegate users with varying degrees of access controls – depending on the level of access the company in question deems necessary for that particular user. If at all possible it should allow for multiple Master Administrators (in case one of the Master Administrators isn't available).
2: I think it would make most sense if the brand assets were shared on a specific basis. This is because there will be instances were only selective brand assets will be required for a certain campaigns.

Hi Chloe, it's great that you are asking for our input. Thanks!
1) Primarily I would like recipients of a brand to have read-only access i.e. they can use the templates but not change the logos/colours etc. This is because I want to protect the brand identity and have everyone adhere to corporate guidelines. In other words, I don't want non-designers messing up my brand identities. However I think there has to be a way to allow multiple administrators for when staff leave etc.
2) Personally I would be happy for all of the branded templates to be sent automatically with a brand but ultimately I can see situations when it would be useful to specify them.
