Brand Collaboration
I need to be able to make a brand - logo, templates - the lot - as if for one business - and share this with others, so that a whole community can share in a common look accessing the same brand via spark - either via a common login or individual loggin into a common space.

Thank you for being so patient with this feature! Exciting news!!!!!
On Spark web, you can now share your brands with anyone on your team so that everyone can easily create content with your brand logos, colors, and fonts across web and iOS!
To get started, navigate to “Brands” on the left of Spark’s home screen and then click “Invite” on your Brand cards. Recipients can accept from an email or an in-app notification and then use the brand in their Spark Posts, Pages & Videos by picking it from the Brand switcher.
We’re really excited to get your feedback about this feature, so please email me if you are interested in participating in some user research to give feedback on the experience!
Thanks so much,
Chloe

I love this new option!! However, it's not letting my team members edit our shared projects because it says "The brand associated with this project was not found. Please leave the project and ask the owner to share it with you again." I have shared the brand with them and they have accepted. I uninvited them and re-invited them to share the branding and even had them restart their Spark session...but they still get the warning and can't edit our shared projects. They are showing up in the members list under my branding. Please help!

Hi, it's February 1st, just wanted to check in and see if there is a time when you think shared brands will go live? Previously you mentioned to look for this in January.

Looking forward to this feature! Hope it comes soon.

I assumed sharing branded assets across those in the same Creative Cloud organization was a given. We shouldn't each have to create our own brand folders and upload fonts individually. Any updates on a feature that allows sharing a Brand?

Hello! I completely agree with the university issues. At the university I work at, we are looking at using Spark mainly for our non-designer colleagues.
Ideally we would use the brands for specific events but without the feature to share them there's really no point for us to use them. The projects section is too broad for us but the brands section is actually perfect. We are able to select certain logos, fonts and colors, while still able to create templates within that brand.
I think it would also be neat if in the future, once and if we are able to share brands, we could also move certain projects within a brand.
Adobe has made it pretty clear that they want to offer more collaborative tools for creatives but as in house designers we are looking to collaborate more with our non creative staff.

Hi Admin,
I see that you say the best way is to create a library and share that, but I am still unable to add a brand to a library. I set up a brand for my colleagues who are not designers, giving them access to images that I can upload from my computer does not help at all. Logos are easy - we need fonts, colors, etc., all things that are set in a brand. Are you going to make it possible to add an actual brand to a library, or do we have to reinvent the wheel every time someone at my university needs to use Spark?
Thanks.

I am also interested in having the ability to share a brand I've created in Adobe Spark with communicators across my university for them to access in Adobe Spark. Adobe Spark isn't really useful to me unless this feature is added.

The workaround with Creative Cloud isn't much help. I want the brand to act and look exactly as I have set it up on my own account. Not painstakingly add stuff from the library, not being sure if it will behave and look the same. Mind you, it was some time since I created my brand, and I don't remember exactly how i placed the logo, how I imported the colours etc.
I want to share the brand I created with my collegues. It's been two years. It is really annoying that you haven't solved this. -

Hi Admin - I see your suggestion is to use and share libraries instead. I'm setting up a brand right now, and I don't have the option of adding the logos from the CC Libraries, only from my desktop. So how do I easily set up my social media team if they can't build their own brands in their accounts from the CC library? I still have to send them the files.
Or are we not supposed to use the brand at all then, only share posts as templates with logos from the libraries placed as images?
Edited to add: the benefit of adding the logos within the 'brand' is that they don't animate in your beta photo animation. Which is nice, but difficult if we're supposed to the libraries as a team rather than the brand.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your continued feedback and engagement!! We released a new workflow that should help solve your needs: Create and share collections of assets with Creative Cloud Libraries in Adobe Spark!! This is a step in the process of enabling brand sharing.
Boost your team’s productivity and brand consistent by organizing your assets into Libraries and sharing them with your team. No more tedious file management. With CC Libraries, you can browse and share your assets without ever leaving the Spark editor.
To get started, simply click on the new Libraries tile in your left hand navigation and select “Create Library.” From there, you can upload photos, illustrations, icons, and more and then invite your team. To access your Libraries in the Post editor, select the “Libraries” option in your image picker list and you’ll see all your Libraries and those shared with you.

This is critical to my university. There are users across the organization who are interested in creating Spark pages for various projects and the inconsistency and time it takes to help everyone get the brand added into their account is a huge challenge.

I see that this was over two years ago and the admin commented that it's a feature that's being worked on over a year ago. Soooo, any progress?

If we can't effectively share our brands and branded projects, are we supposed to all share the same account/login?

This would be very useful to us as a school Our staff are really keen and creating fantastic resources using spark, but being able to add our school brand easily would be invaluable.

We have access to this valuable resource from the Welsh Assembly Government and are going to use it a lot moving forward in the school with the need for distance learning. We have been working on our online platforms to develop a brand and would like to use this in Adobe Spark. Our website has been updated and branded, our new Moodle is branded and we would like all staff to use the same brand on work done in Spark. We urgently need to be able to share a brand as a lot of staff would need help to create the identical branding individually. Please hurry up with the feature. It was asked for over 2 years ago and has been in development for over a year now.
