Transfer Projects to a different account/user.
Transfer Posts created in one account to another account or user (within Adobe Accounts), so more than one person can collaborate in a shared environment. Or in my instance, that I made several Posts but then realized I was using my personal ID as opposed to the Work one and now there's no option to even download and transfer (like Spark Page & Video). Somehow it's missing the option to show and download projects.
Thanks for this suggestion! Curious to everyone who voted this up:
Are you more interested in inviting others to collaborate on a shared project or being able to transfer projects from one account to another? And why?
Thanks for your feedback!

this is essential!PLEASE work this out. I had casual employees create pages for a course I run who have now left and I cannot edit the pages they created and update the link. I will have to start from scratch if this cannot be resolved!

Adobe's own terms of service seem to prohibit the sharing of accounts/credentials:
"You may not (A) share your account information (except with an authorized account administrator), whether intentionally or unintentionally; or (B) use another person’s account."
https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html
In any case that is an awkward workaround for what should be a fairly straightforward feature: the ability for people to share/transfer ownership of a project.

@Doug. What if you leave?
And maintaining UN/PW info is such a bad idea in this day and age. Every agency and IT department ******* on about not sharing login details and keep them secret and keep them safe. IT also is no use for those that use an SSO directory.

The issue isn't necessarily with projects that have been shared. What about libraries that another user created but didn't share access to but they used assets from that library in a file. When others go to open that file, they are unable to relink that file if that user account is no longer active. Ideally, for teams, there would be an admin account that is always the owner of the assets without a break in the 'chain of ownership.' I know this can be achieved if there's a 'dummy' account that manages everything but that is not efficient if one has to log in and out to update libraries, etc.

Transfer or shared ownership is needed as if one person has a history of projects and they leave, all those links sent out no longer work. It is all well and good sharing and copying the project but that generates a new URL so the old one still doesn't work.
It is a real shame that this Uservoice has been around for nearly three years with no action. -

Being able to share project templates between accounts would be wonderful for collaborators. This is useful for teachers/students, PMs/freelancers, and others who may not be working off the same license but are often sharing files ala a Google Drive like process with the ability to also open the file on the cloud-based platform it is being shared on.

Hi there, I'm new to using Spark Post/Video as part of my creative team. I've used it on a personal capacity and since I work for a large insurance corporate I'm trying to utilise this tool with my team, especially the Brand template functionality. I setup the guidelines, but it's not much use if I can't share the same brand page, with the templates, with my team who also uses the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. We are all custodians and each having to design our own Brand page is not a good use of time. I'm not going to recommend these product yet for my team. The Libraries in Creative Cloud sharing is fantastic and working very well for us. But in order for this tool to be useful I need to be able to hit a share button, and pull my team in, same way the CC Libraries work. BUT I'm excited to see where this project goes. I've been using it on a personal level even to do old school graphic design like making my own Music Album covers, which is great. For business, especially large corporate like us, still needs bit of work. But I'm along for the journey.

1. There needs to be multiple owners to a project so that more than 1 person can publish it. Also is a need if someone leaves. 2. We have been moved from personal adobe licenses to Enterprise licenses and there is no tool to migrate the projects and all the URLs on all our websites are going to be broke because we have to manually duplicate them and publish again. The URL is then different. There is going to be hours of work to make things function. This not ideal at all and a bad situation for staff to be in.

Can you make it so you fully transfer, or add someone else as a "owener". I like a lead designer be able to create a template then send over ownership. Or if I leave, transfer over to be managed by someone else.

Please make this a legitimate option - If there's changeover on our team, we have to completely rebuild pages or lose them to the either.

I'm interested in being able to transfer it to another account - i.e. Lead designer creates a base templates, transfers ownership to other designer to make the different iterations.

Transfer of ownership...like when someone leaves an organization. Not rocket surgery.

Just doing my annual check to see if this has been implemented yet. Nope. Back to work then.

Transfer to another account holder. Often times a designer will be working on these Spark projects in their Adobe account for a client who has a different Adobe account. This becomes problematic in that once the client has signed off on what I've created in my Adobe account... I now have to login to their Adobe account, which has it's own set of barriers including 2 Factor Authentication, which I don't always have access to, and then recreate what I already did in my own account, basically creating double the work, that I can't in good faith charge the customer for.
It would be great if I could just click a button to transfer ownership, input the persons email associated with their Adobe ID and it would transfer the project to their account. Collaborating is a nice feature but doesn't help with this particular issue.

Transfer of ownership of projects. Some documents need to be living documents to be maintained and updated. Once the owner is no longer part of the project, you're stuck creating the project again versus being able to transfer the project to another person to keep it going. We are at a university and Adobe Sparks have to be tied to the individual and not the department and while we've had students create great work and want to continue using Spark, we need to be able to keep the documents going after the student or employee has left. Also this project is shared with me however if I make a change, the owner has to go back in and save it to be able to share the document. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO ALLOW THESE DOCUMENTS TO BE COLLABORTED ON.

Graduate school group project. I want to be able to access and share the end product (webpage) for my portfolio and use in interviews, etc. One some of the projects I started the page, so I am the owner. One others, someone else started the page, so they are the owner...It appears that being the owner is a requirement for updating, downloading, etc. Help!

Transfer ownership. Because I had help creating my 1st SPARK page, my collaborator actually logged in and created it. This took A LOT of time and is beautiful, but I am the one updating it - and I have no authority to "verify" or "publish" any updates - so every time I make a change, I must email my collaborator, and ask him to "OK" my changes and publish it.
TEDIOUS!!! He's not even in the project anymore.
Is there a fix??? -
