Latest Lr Classic can post to photoshop. Edit in photoshop save back to Lr Classic for organization.
Now Lr Mobile can send a photo to adode express for editing. However you can only keep edited project in Adobe Express of which the folder management is very rudimentary.

Feature Request
Adobe Express to save projects to Lightroom either both mobile n classic/desktop. Retain relevant original metadata.
Even better have a desktop version of Adode Express.
The mobile is fabulous allowing fast edits with stylus pen.
