Social Media Analytics
It's great to have the scheduling feature so that we can schedule social media posts across multiple channels, but what's missing from Content CAL is the analytics dashboard, which made it possible to track the success of our campaigns and channels, as well as benchmark against key competitors.
It's a lot more time-consuming - not mention much more limited insights - to look at analytics data on each social media channel than having a central dashboard, and this is a really important business function. It's great to be able to create and schedule content, but that's only half of the process really.
Keeping my fingers crossed that it's in the pipeline...

Really miss the analytics dashboard and causes me to look for a solution that offers analytics similar to how ContentCal did.
