Just spent hours on an incredible project, only for spark to not save like usual. Im so upset, I just cant believe all that work is gone. Adobe has literally destroyed over 10 hours of work on my projects, over the last few months. Is has completely dissuaded me from buying their subscription products.

Absolutely horrendous. Spend valuable time creating a post then it disappears without warning. Time to reconsider ALL our subscriptions with Adobe

Very frustrating - what cold have been a quick project has taken almost half the day because the system keeps crashing and not saving my work. I love Adobe Spark when it works but maybe it's time to switch programs! :(

I'm having the same issues! I have tried 4 different browsers and I have a brand new iMac with plenty of resources. It is sad that it works better on my phone than on a computer! I've lost so much work that I have had to redo.

I love this product but find it crashes when I load up too many high-res images or videos. If the cause can be determined and it can be listed as a way to make a project go more smoothly, it could help a lot. I'm using Spark to create decks that are converted to movies...

I find Adobe Spark to be a great tool, however it is very unstable, and I spend a lot of time having to restart my PC as the pages seem to get stuck for a long time, sometime I get WebGL errors. I have a brand new fast PC with plenty of resources, not having much joy with actually using the product.

usually i will preview my video and then right when the preview ends it will crash
