I am getting NO Internet Connection error on my phone when accessing spark app

Hi Guys, it's always adding tasks, changing image properties on its own etc. from multiply vivid etc... and also, when I go to the main color palette it keeps changing rapidly and I can't stop it...
both on ipad pro 2020 and iPhone 7 plus

Wow....is adobe becoming known as products that crash, lockup, freezes, and so on. Tons of complaints about Premier crashing and it seems Sparks has joined the party.

I think Microsoft Windows coders must be moonlighting at Adobe.

Canva - used for years, never crashed. Vegas Pro never crashes. What's up Adobe? Maybe instead of putting out tons of programs, focus on making the main ones work as they should.

I pretty mush hate this product and plan never to use it again. What would take me about an hour in Google Slides it takes many hours with constant crashes. This is a piece of junk. Thanks Adobe for wasting my time.

This is by far the WORST product I've ever used! The glitching has cost my business thousands in lost hours and project overruns. I have to record 15 times over one slide to eventually get audio that doesn't have glitching, and on long video projects this is incredibly painful. I have hi-speed wi-fi and all the other video production I do with other products works just fine. The verdict is that Adobe Spark is just a rubbish product, I have no words to express my frustration! I really wish there better alternatives out there. At least I know I won't be trying any of your other products!

Spark post design stopped working on my iPhone 7 when I updated to the latest version. Pl help. Lost saved work. 😢

The desktop version of Spark is almost unusable due to the lag, the mobile works just fine. I don't understand how that is a problem. Please fix it!

I can’t start a new project on my iPad which tends to be frustrating as I prefer to work directly from photo albums there. This is a shame as I had worked on one project In Adobespark which had been successful.

I’m having the same issues - I was working on my project on my iPad. When I updated the iOS for my iPad and also Spark app, I tried going back to my recent project and it kicks me out of the app. I tried logging off the app and it just closes the app. I even deleted the Spark app and reinstalled the app but when I tried to go in the project, I got kicked out again. I love the Spark Page app and luckily, the project is on your website so I can continue working on this when I get a chance on the computer. Please fix this soon. Also, when would Spark Pages be available on android phones?

I work at a school that uses Adobe for student presentations. We have presentations tomorrow and this app along with Spark Page keeps crashing on them. Please fix!!!

I agree, the app keeps crashing when I try to save my project. I have the latest version. It is so frustrating!!

Spark Pages is not opening my recent project! I can select it, but then the app stops and closes down (iPad), as well as a few pictures (especially) clusters disappear or are not being published.
Really frustrating!!!

I am also experiencing issues with spark not saving my work. 2 nov 2019.

And doing it again! 10/9/2019 Please fix it. All that wasted work is enough to make me never use it again

me too on 3 different browsers, works on my phone not my laptop
