I absolutely love this app, but I'm having pictures coming out pixelated when using some of the social media templates.
I normally don't have any issues, but when I use the app to make facebook covers, they don't come out as crisp and clear as the other templates do, which is a bummer. Any tips?
Hi there,
We fixed that in the latest version, we doubled the export resolution. Let us know!

when I choose a subject for an image, for example, Merry Christmas at the bottom of the page it will say 1 of 80 0f 1024. Why am I only seeing the first 80 images? When I searched in the past as I reached the bottom of the page it would load more images as I went until I got through the whole list of images but it doesn't do that anymore?

Hi there, unfortunately above is still not fixed. Photos taken from DSLR - as soon as comments are added - they are completely distorted! Really bad - one has to stare at the photo for few seconds to understand what's written. We use this Adobe Spark for Work related posts and this is really poor.
Please advise?
Thanks. Anshul -

I'm having similar issues now with a collage. I uploaded high quality images and now they look, well, awful. Can you please help? Can you double the export resolution (again) for collages?
Is the issue that my images were actually too high of quality to begin with?

A workaround is now available, but not nearly as convenient as Spark has the potential to be.
On the desktop version, click Download -> PDF (beta). You can create your posts on mobile or desktop, but only the latter lets you select file type. I suggest creating posts in batches and downloading them all at once (if you're used to creating on mobile).

I'm having this issue as well. PNG files that are uploaded in 300dpi are downloading pixelated.

Still not fixed and uploading 4000x6000 pixel 300ppi photos - even looks blurry in the collage before I export. Crazy from an Adobe product that focuses on images.

Upon further reading, it looks like this is an issue on Instagram's end. They compress the video files and lower the resolution.

I find this is only an issue when using effects like panning or text zoom. When posting as a PNG, it is fine, but if you do it as a video, it tints the colour and goes blurry with a much lower resolution. Would love to be able to use the video feature, but sadly it looks terrible. Have to only use static images.
PLEASE FIX!
Also, it's unfortunate that many of the features from the mobile version are not available in the desktop and vice versa. Why can't we do transition effects in the desktop version? That seems silly.

Instead of using the Download button, right click on the image and save as a PNG...no blurriness at all.

I'm uploading pixel-perfect PNG's, Spark resizes them to fit the entire artboard (not what I want). And it comes out pixelated and blurry. No matter how precisely I resize it to intended scale. Stays pixelated. This is product-breaking for me and will have to stop using spark :\

Not fixed. Each time I add a high-res screenshot (.png) the image loads okay, then a second later it pixelates. Was going to use this for a team presentation but now have to use PowerPoint. Gross. Fix it.

This is still a problem! Completely fine on the desktop but pixelated on a mobile phone.

Our company just started using this for our social media posts, but once it's live on Facebook or Instagram, they are blurry. What's the remedy for this? Thank you!
