    Spark just spinning while trying to add logo to graphic. help

    The app is wonderful and works well but after two weeks, I can no longer access it and have to delete and reinstall it. It's hugely inconvenient. This has been ongoing for over two months.

    Need to create an account using email ID , but keep getting kicked back to previous green Getting Started Page before I can complete the create ID page.
