2. Rulers, Dimensions for Images/Art, and Smart Guides

   Our team is trying to produce quality templates for non-designers to produce social content, but the limitations of the tool make it hard to create high-quality templates and precisely position items.

   Rulers:
   This is pretty basic. I just want to know what the dimensions of a project are, and know where items are positioned. Having rulers present, and the position of an item would be a huge help.

   Dimensions for Images/Art:
   When placing an image, I currently have to zoom in to see whether an image is properly aligned with the edge of the project frame. Snapping only kicks in when an image is being moved, not resized, so it's really hard to be exact. Either allowing you to specify the dimensions of an image, allowing snapping during resizing, or both would solve for this.

   Smart Guides:
   Similar to Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop, more expansive smart guides would help with precise positioning and be useful for all users. A good start would be adding snapping and alignment guides while scaling content as I previously mentioned.

7. Stop Breaking Stuff?

   Ironically, I have been bumping up against terrible interface and design with your product non stop lately. Thanks for all the fancy updates that make everything stop working?

   I realize that I’m complaining about a free service. But hear me out. The increased glitches have the opposite effect of making me want to upgrade. For example, I suddenly can’t access any of my old projects on my computer, even though they were all designed on my computer. The error is also nonesense, it says they only work on mobile because of stickers or videos- my projects have no sticker or video components. In the past I couldn’t open projects and the error said I used premium components. But I’m opening OLD projects, that I obviously didn’t design with anything premium at the time. Why go back and break OLD projects??

   Let’s be real. Why would I upgrade when those are all the walls I would still be bumping against? User experience is clearly not valued, but especially for us lowly free users. So why would we feel the loyalty to want to upgrade when we can finally afford it? Not to mention- finding a way to escalate user issues is nearly impossible. The “virtual assistant” brought me to a person who could only help with billing- so crystal clear priorities there. Get rid of the virtual assistant button if it’s not going to help. Then I jumped through hoops to try to pass this frustrating experience along and got a 404 message for it. What a huge waste of time.

9. Share graphic via link (CCE hosted image)

   We use a lot of programs where images cannot be uploaded but instead must be hosted somewhere and then displayed via a link. CCE does not currently have this feature but I would like to request it.
   It would make it so much easier for me. Because now, I have to download my graphic from CCE, then upload them somewhere else like our website back-end to host the image, and then grab the http link to where the image is being hosted and use that. If CCE could implement a link to grab where the image is hosted within CCE, I could just use that. Please consider this. Thank you. :)

12. just like to suggest that Adobe won't have pirated pc apps if they just let the public have a base app then they can go on bill us for other

    It would be great to have a base app for free, then u can go on bill us for every features you add every month, just make them affordable for students and lower class people. Also its up to us what features we'd like to avail cause not all uses all of the features/tools. By that, our computers will be optimized from unnecessary tools we dont use much and which you wont have any problems on being pirated on torrents.

    You can make a space somewhere for ads on the interface, you can still gather money on that if that worries you.

    Last thing, i hope its something that if i have file done on just a base app, it will still be compatible to those who have up-to-date adobe apps.
