Stop breaking things! That isn’t how you get people to upgrade!
I realize that I’m complaining about a free service. But hear me out. The increased glitches have the opposite effect of making me want to upgrade. For example, I suddenly can’t access any of my old projects on my computer, even though they were all designed on my computer. The error is also nonesense, it says they only
Work on mobile because of stickers or videos- my projects have no sticker or video components. In the past I couldn’t open projects and the error said I used premium components. But I’m opening OLD projects. Why go back and break OLD projects?? And why would I upgrade when that’s the walls I would still be bumping against? User experience is clearly not valued for us lowly free users. So why would we feel the loyalty to want to upgrade when we can finally afford it? Not to mention- finding a way to escalate user issues is nearly impossible. The “virtual assistant” brought me to a person who could only help with billing- so crystal clear priorities there. Get rid of the virtual assistant button if it’s not going to help.
