Would like to be able to add more events without becoming crammed- maybe be able to change the font sizes? I'd also love canvas-vertical-dotted design as a horizontal option.

More than 5-7 items causes the text to be very small and hard to read.

This is a great Solution but I've uploaded Images to my Creative Cloud account and I cant source them currently even though you site says I can

It has a black background when downloaded with black text for the body of each event. This makes the text difficult to read and unhelpful for my needs.

All the dates are shortened to year only.

There should be an option where you can upload your own image instead of selecting the ones in the registry.

Please allow us to upload images to the spark timeline creator... would love to use this but there are several limitations at the moment

it would be nice if we could set up the page (size/zoom/fonts). Adding a lot of steps on the timeline ruins the look due to overlaps, and downloaded image does not include everything. Also importing steps from csv would be a plus

being able to see the timeline in full screen would be awesome!

Scrolling in the card editor on the side is glitchy and horrible

If there is a way to add extra pages, I haven't found it. That would be nice. I used the Canvas Vertical Dotted, but when you download it, the whole this is blurred and the notes that I have made are gone. So no point in downloading.

I, too, would like there to be a "save" option, rather than just a DL one.
I spent a good deal of time enjoying the very easy timeline creator and wanted to be able to save it to my profile, so I signed in, only to see there is no way to save. Made me sad.
Additional options to add clarity and ease of use would also be welcome, such as the ability to change text size and amount of detail shown.

It would also be nice to be able to have notes or branches available from a single timeline. Say, for instance, you are doing a timeline by period (week, month, year, whatever) and you want to be able to add additional entries into one timeline period.

Its a great basic product, but its downsides are that its too basic.

Will be cool soon. But as others have cited too limited to be useful or usable for right now. Ability to resize excepts and add your own photos is clearly a must.

Really easy and helpful tool. But it needs to improve. In addition to all the other suggestions mentioned here, this can be added on: it does not fill inn new pages when the first page is full. The content is squeezed and makes it unreadable.

There appears to be no way to resize the text box or move elements. This makes the timeline worthless because the text is cut off in every item (even though I only used a few words in the description for each). Even the text that isn't cut off is unreadable when it is downloaded. It is so faint that large portions of each word are missing entirely. And since it only downloads as an image file, there is no workable way to correct this. Needs significant improvement to be usable.

Howabout you don't lose your progress when you try to sign up then come back to the timeline!!
