Add Custom Fonts
I can not use Spark at all because every single one of Adobe fonts have some font issue, like missing characters or so. So my idea is to create fonts with all characters included, even with diacritics.
Hi Everyone,
The ability to upload your own fonts has now shipped! Exclusively for Spark Premium users. Simply upload your custom font file to your brand manager on spark.adobe.com, and then easily apply your fonts to your branded templates & themes.
Thank you to everyone that voted for this feature and gave us feedback!
Cheers,
Michaela

Hello! Why won't the font I uploaded to the Brand Manager download in my video?
Thanks

Great questions Henrik and Joachim!
- Spark supports .otf and .ttf font files that are under 10Mb. Your use of fonts and other Customer Content is governed by Adobe’s General Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper rights and licenses to use and upload your font to the Spark Services.
- The "learn more" link now leads to the our Custom Font FAQ: https://adobespark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/360001141414-Custom-Fonts
- Adobe Spark does not include the ability to add fonts directly from TypeKit but this is something we are investigating. We'd love to be able to reach out to this group about testing this feature in the future. And vote for it here, so we can prioritize :) -

Great addition, but how in the world do I access the fonts I have in TypeKit? I can't download them to upload them?

I used this feature today. And it works pretty great.
However I encountered two problems.
1. I do not think, that any typical commercial type license, allows users to do so. Are you in contact with font publishers about this? Are there any that are open to this usage?
2. Next to the checkbox, there was some "Learn more" Link. It led me to a 502 Error Page (MacOS Firefox) -

That's awesome especially since some of us incorporate our own Fonts into our brands this is desperately needed.

May we know potentially why Google fonts isn't an option from inception of the project? Is it a licensing issue, or simply the relationship of Adobe with Typekit that prevents this from happening? With more than half the web using google fonts as their main brand items, I still can't understand why a web-based designer app that has Social Media as a main target of its content creation doesn't use something as universal as Google fonts.

SO EXCITED that this is happening. The fonts for my brand are not standard fonts. I've purchased them and would love to use them in Spark to keep my brand message consistent. Thank you

Typekit support would just make sense at this moment in time. In the same way you can embed fonts via a website that the same tech could be leveraged here.

Access to full TypeKit font library when editing a template, rather than a limited selection. Also, the ability to access Google fonts would allow greater brand consistency between client websites and social is essential if this is going to become a pro app.

This would be awesome! I work for the marketing department at an Oregon university, and I would love to use this service for our social media branding. I love the motion graphics, but unfortunately I can't use this service for posts now because we have our own university fonts. If there;'s any way to sign up to be a beta tester please let me know! Thanks so much.
