iOS 14.7.1 - iPhone 11 - OMG - I am DYING over here. I just spent an entire evening reorganizing my phone images into folders and albums, only to find that Spark CANNOT SEE FOLDERS. I am totally crippled in my work flow now. A call to Adobe said "You are the first with this issue" - I guess not. This is literally the ONLY app I use that cannot see the albums *inside* my folders! Adobe said "we'll call you back." I mean - thanks...but what now?!

I would like to be able to manually organize my folders so I can have similar items together.

I found folders in the computer version but what about the iPad version? The folders created using the computer do not show up on the iPad :-( Is there a way to do this?

I would really like to use the folders function but I cannot see a folder option in My Videos or anywhere else. Am I looking in the right place?

Every single time I create a folder, I get the error message that "you already have a folder name ???" I don't...I can't see any folders and when I use a unique name like "unicorn toe" for a folder, I know that I don't already have a folder with that name because I just made up that ridiculous name.

HELP!! I have so many projects and things are messy....really messy!

I spent a lot of time creating folders and moving projects into them and now when I open some folders they say they are empty. Are my projects lost forever? What is happening? This is already causing my to redo work I have already done. Help!

Every time I try to create a folder I get the message "you already have a folder named 'whatever',
when I try to store a project in a folder I get the message "You do not have any folders"

Hi, there seems to be an issue with synchronizing the folders. I work on many different machines where I log into the spark service. I had moved my sparks into folders on 1 computer, and for some reason it doesn't update to other computers. So after moving things around for half an hour on my work PC, I open up my laptop and I see all the sparks on the main page. The folders are there, but the sparks have to be moved again on my laptop. I don't think this is supposed to be? I use Google Chrome browsers on Win 10 machines with all updates installed. I did try to force with CTRL+R and SHIFT+F5

I've had the same problem with the files "un-sorting" themselves after I've organized them all. It would also be nice if we could arrange the folders as needed instead of them randomly ordering themselves.

Hi, I've been using folders since BETA, and had no issues. Now, when I try to file projects in a folder, they all come undone and the folders are empty. I have no idea why this keeps happening. Luckily they don't get deleted, they just get 'un-filed' but it's still annoying. Any idea why this is happening?

After all this time it's great news its shipped. But why? To file anything into a folder has to be done individually - try that with hundreds of projects. The folders are in a random order on the screen - why? It takes an inordinate amount of time for any project thumbnails to appear in a browser anyway and since I've started using folders it doesn't display any - why? The only way to access any prior work is via the app. Seems the browser version is generating a fresh thumbnail each time or something. Spark Post is not unusable in a browser once a few hundred graphics have been made. Such a shame. And I have to teach several hundred students and teachers how to use it at my school as it appeared to be just what they needed. Clearly not.If I sound crabby I7ve spent the last 2 hours trying to file work into folders - unsuccessfully.

Folders are great - but every now and again my posts, for some unknown reason remove themselves form the folder/s. this has happened now on a few occasions. We need a desktop app. or better still a lightroom spark module.

What about the app? WIll there be folders in the app? Web is slow and not very easy to use... I prefer working on my ipad. Will there be folders in app?

Folder + button is in the upper right corner of your browser right above "show all" & "sort". That is going to be a very helpful feature. Now we just need more control over pages.

I don't see the "folders" icon. When will this roll out?
