Support raw PSD files not just from cameras, from download too

This is the sole reason I installed and then promptly uninstalled Photoshop as it couldn't open a file, a character base pack, I paid for

    I agree. You should be able to import .psd files into adobe express. I needed this today. Sorry there are only 3 of us so far. It doesn't mean people don't need this feature. It's just that maybe the others didn't realize they could vote.
