I was planning on using Spark Pages to do my department's newsletter until I tested out my page on a different computer and realized that scrolling animations are totally broken when using a mouse with a scroll wheel. When doing this, the page scrolls in a choppy, stuttery way that entirely ruins all of the page animations. It advances at like one frame per scroll wheel click.

This is really weird because literally everything other website I can think to try scrolls smoothly with a scroll wheel mouse. Weird that a product designed to look smooth and responsive hasn't implemented this feature that 99% of all other websites seem to have. Since the majority of people will be viewing this newsletter on work computers with scroll wheel mice, I now have to find another platform to build my newsletter in.
