Spark Background Remover Glitch
Experiencing challenges downloading a transparent image after removing the background. I uploaded several images to remove the background, which it worked perfectly. A couple hours later I followed the same steps but the background removed was replaced with a solid color. The difference in the images is that the first batch were individuals and the others were products. Is there a reason the background would be removed and replaced with a solid color and not simply be transparent? Also, the option to select background or transparent when downloading the image was not available as it usually is. I tested on both the app and desktop via the browser and neither functioned as it should have.
The first batch of images were edited from desktop via the web. The second batch was completed via the app on iPhone, which was the first time using the app via phone.
