Color Picker not working

when hex# entered into brand > pick your color, then hex entry works. In all other screens such as replace primary, add additional, none of hex entry works

    This resolved for me by using a different browser. Switched from Firefox to Chrome in my case.

    Had the same issue, in Chrome I clicked the lock next to the URL and allowed Flash & Notifications. Then it worked.

    Ooof. Came in search for an answer. As I'm just now experimenting with Spark, I thought it was a pebkac problem. It's been 3 months since first comment; I wonder when it will get sorted. Kind of a fundamental problem when creating cohesive branding across platforms....

    Same. This is a make or break it thing for my new brand and very frustrating. I'm not sure how to get Spark to acknowledge my brand colors now, which makes this pretty useless to me.

    I am also having trouble entering the color hex codes I need. The tool does not recognize the hex codes entered at all.
