image and video resolution is critical to me, my work i on web design and social media management, so please help me in this issue.

I have spent hours and hours trying to figure this out - why my stuff is super clear in high resolution in Adobe Express and when I download it it looks so unprofessionel blurry..it has been so frustrating. And I have actually had help from adobe express supporters trying to help out. If I had know that this was the problem I could have saved hours and support as well. Weird actually that they weren't informed about this issue. Hopefully the feature will come ASAP since I am actually paying a monthly fee for a subscription that I cant really get any benefit from..and what about an app for mac as well? That could also be nice

Absolutely pathetic we pay for a program which doesn't have resolution quality and the PDFs are ******** trash!!! Wtf 😒

Just tried spark for the first time. Thought it was a great way to make my Etsy product videos but the resolution is to low. Also some color correction and light filters would be nice additions.

You are so right!. This is becoming so frustrating to make such beautiful images and posts and then the quality is so bad.

Please give different options for saving image work on Spark Post App as many app provide different resolution to save work on their app.

Please provide this option for Spark Post it will make very helpful.

It’s the same with most resolutions wether it’s spark post clip or spark video they compress the thing EVERYTIME, usually down to 720p. Now I pay adobe a fortune an they think compressing our work is the right thing - MADNESS

If Adobe is supposed to be some of the the top software on the market then spark should reflect that with the ability to download our work in 300dpi.

when creating and downloading an image, the resolution is just too low. 72 is not enough, it may be the standard for web but if we print its awful. Also even on a web sometimes the resolution of 72 is too low.

pls alow us to adjust the picture resolution it is very important

The preset ratios are great! But Instagram for example exports at 2560x2560
When uploading this to Instagram, they compress it to their 1080x1080 which makes it less crisp :(
Please let us choose the resolution.
