Add page manager so two people can manage page also Fix the login iCloud.com / me.com so we could use both

I was told“twice” by the ladies on adobe spark costumer service that if I get the premium subscription I would be able to ad a page manager . ( two people to manage the sparkpage ) .. so either they didn’t know and gave me wrong info or they gave me untrue info ... I say twice because I called 2 times and I ask them about the me.com icloud.com problem and the paga manager problem
Well I still haven’t got a response
They told me I could download the spark page if I had a iOS device ( but how can I log into into my icloud.com if my account was made with my aliases. That’s a major inconvenience because there is no way to get into my paid account with any of my aliases
Please can you fix these
