In my projects Download option is not showing. How can i download my page?? Please guide.

I am having the same issue, I upload High Res images however the final produc is really bad quality. If viewed on a very small phone It can pass however any of the bigger and newer phones it looks horrible on. Please fix issue as I love the program

I really need the feature download as PDF (and PNG if possible). Preferably with different res options. Without it this software is pretty useless for anything except social media.

Are we able to download our posts into a jpg or pdf yet? There is a download option but when I click on it, nothing happens.

Yes!!! Needs to have high res output.

file is not at all downloading. It is showing up in downloads folder but the size is 0KB

Add an option to enable print bleed. It could be really simple, e.g. 3 mm by default or user defined.

JPG format isn't as good as PNG. It's lovely to see Spark Team working on it! THANK YOU!

At the moment I use a cross between adobe spark post, adobe comp, over app for ios and it's frustrating as I can so many cool things in the over app, but then I like the templates in adobe spark post. Then I can't save it as a print file, only web. If only !!

High resolution exports would be great. Not fun to see your sharp photo looking soft in the sharpness when exporting/downloading

Same issue here. Just went too hare the video to the clients with the link and the quality was terrible compared to the original download :(

Why can I not use the options. It keeps on coming out as an JPG file and It will not work as a custom thumbnail..

If the page cannot be read please provide EXPORT to PDF so it could be read in Reader. Powtoons does it so it can't be that hard for Adobe, the leader in awesome software!

I'm having trouble printing the business card I designed. No print button on the template page. When I right click the card, the printer wants to print everything on the page, like a print screen. What setting do I use? Thanks.
