It would be amazing if Adobe put Spark on Windows. Before you respond with the usual, please consider the following :

1. Microsoft has an "iOS to Windows Bridge" application to help ease the porting process.
2. When you port to Windows, only some UI tweaks for different screens sizes are needed and you automatically have apps for phone, tablet, PC, Xbox, Hololens VR.
