    1. Closed captions for video. 2. Able to be read by a screen reader/assistive device. 3. Content is presented in a meaningful sequence. 4. Contrast controls. Refer to WCAG 2. https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/?versions=2.0
