hi! I just found a problem on the programm. It don't want to recognise the MP4 files, Its says that I need to convert it but its done

I just found a problem on the programm. It don't want to recognise the MP4 files, Its says that I need to convert it but its already done.
I hope you can fix this problem because I really love this page and I use this more then once in every week.

    I have the same problem with an mp4 video file. I even used ffmpeg to make sure it was converted, and my video clip is still rejected.
