Closed Captioning
Our faculty find Spark video easy to use and have amazing results. However, accessibility requires closed captioning. I suggest adding that feature and making it as easy to use as everything else!

4 years later and still no option for closed captioning. :(

Thanks for this, we are aware and would love to work on this, do you have any additional ideas of what you want to see in closed captioning

Has anyone found a workaround for this?

To comply with US laws, the ADA, doesn't the software have to have closed captioning? This should be a priority.

Closed captioning capability would make it ideal. There are workarounds, but I would think Adobe would want to be as inclusive as possible in their development and design of tools for use in business or in education

I love using this product but I am an Instructional Developer and any video I place in a course, has to have closed captioning. My work around is to download the video, upload it to Youtube to get the auto caption, edit the auto caption, save the auto caption, upload original video to our video service and upload the .SRT file

That's exactly what I came looking for. I think Spark will be great for faculty to use, but they will need closed captioning.

Yes, we can't recommend that our teachers use this amazing tool with out closed captioning.

I agree!! It would be great if this could be added as a feature as I think the requirements for accessibility continue to develop.
