Why don't you simplify the movie transition between slides to dissolve? Pushing the slide up zoom can't build Photoshop layers.

Import pre-recorded Audio/Narration and add closed captioning.
I would be able to better use this tool for my courses if I could add pre-recorded audio (we have a professional narrator) and closed captioning (for accessibility purposes).

You should easily be able to import your narration audio clips from anywhere, irrespective of whether you created them on mobile or desktop. Spark Video iOS app integrates with iCloud files which in turn allows you to bring files from anywhere using Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or any other cloud storage service.

Audio adjustment
I would like to be able to adjust the volume more accurately, so the audio on my recorded video clips and the audio on the narrated slides is at the same level. Now when it switches the narration sounds much louder.

import photos and video ability from Google Drive
It would be great to import photos and video from Google Drive. I know you have a Google photos import tool but our chromebooks and I am sure other schools chromebooks have "automatic save to Google Drive" turned on in their admin panels.

Prevent file names from appearing in videos
Please create an option to remove the file name from the video when it is downloaded to the hard drive.
If the file name is similar to the text on the first slide it is distracting for the file name to appear. Create a hide file name option.

Photo over video
Until recently, Adobe Spark allowed you to import a video and then add a photo on top of the video in the same slide. Now, for some reason, that functionality has been taken away. Why? I found this functionality very useful and am disappointed I can no longer do this. In fact, I have a number of Spark projects that I've created as templates which allow me to quickly update with new photo images that are now unusable. I'm all for adding new functionality, but PLEASE don't take away functionality that makes past Spark projects unusable.

Enable uploading of pre-recorded audio
We have a treasure trove of .mp3 files. Just as we can upload and trim an existing video file, it would be immensely helpful to be able to upload and trim an existing audio file.

Edit Text/Font & sizes + Other elements in one frame for better representation
Some elements in the video require focus & attention more than the others. Since text videos are gaining traction it would be great to have editable text options with iconic representation in one single frame for better consumption of content.

More animations and overlays
More text overlays and animations. I'm using Spark to try and create things for Facebook like you see made by Now This and AJ+. Some basic text animations that you can add over video and images would be perfect.
