Image resolution
Improving images resolution would be a real improvement regarding Spark pages. Resolution is currently limited to 2560px width and it results in low quality and blurred photos compared to corresponding original photos. Regarding the higher and higher resolution of cameras, this feature would improve the quality of pages.

I have resorted to taking screenshots of still images. The resolution is much better than the exported images I get from Spark.

A workaround is now available, but not nearly as convenient as Spark has the potential to be.
On the desktop version, click Download -> PDF (beta). You can create your posts on mobile or desktop, but only the latter lets you select file type. I suggest creating posts in batches and downloading them all at once (if you're used to creating on mobile).

I have a workaround. I increase the size of my picture 2-4x (eg, if I’m making a business card dimensions 3.5in x 2in, I change the size to 7 x 4 or even 14 x 8). When I save, the image quality is as it should be

It was embarrassing when my client said the images in the social media graphics were too blurry. The budget doesn't support using an art director. Please fix this, Adobe, or I'll lose business.

The exported images come out too blurry. As a result, I can’t financially support this product.

I used this service last year without a subscription and it worked beautifully, the first one that I downloaded today was beautiful, the second was a little messed up, and now the third is unacceptable. What happened? why is it blurry all of a sudden? very dissapointed.

I just exported a file at 6000x4000 px. I made a gift voucher on spark and when you resize it, go to custom and put in to your desired size. then you can just export as a jpg. Notg pixielated at all.

Same, video animation quality on spark post is horrible. Why make this feature if it looks terrible when exported?

Same problem, high res images are pixilated after download. I can't believe I'm paying for this service.

I work around this issue of having blurry images upon export by taking a screen shot of the final project. I wish I didn't have to do this, because it requires an extra step of having to rename the file, but at least it gets the job done.
The issue I am suddenly having now is that all logos and images I am uploading into Spark are blurry while I am working on them (not just during export). I have tried dozens of photos and I tried re-uploading my high resolution logo files. This did not fix the problem. What the heck is going on!?

This very basic and badly needed feature request is from 2017. How is this still not fixed in 2020?! I just started using Spark Post today and immediately fell in love...till I exported the image and it's blurry. Adobe markets itself to professional designers and photographers and it makes zero sense for the final work product to be blurry. This is totally unacceptable as the export technology isn't exactly new. The iPad Pro came out years ago and consumers have come to expect professionals to upload clear images. Spark is useless to companies if it makes us look so incompetent that we can't even manage to upload a clear image to advertise our design and photography businesses.

As much as we pay as subscribers and dedicated customers, there's no excuse for all of these complaints regarding the same thing (resolution) and it not be resolved. Do better Adobe

I'll jump on the bandwagon here. The photos resolution is horrible. I came here looking for a solution. Because I want to love this application, but without good photo quality. It really is useless.

For a better quality of the image, upload it with spark post (mobile application), then use it for web adobe spark.

This is totally unacceptable Adobe. You know what the problem is, fix it...yesterday! This product has been out for how long? You don't give me any way to move text frames around or individually control color without having to update a theme. So I end up making slides in InDesign and importing them only to have text and photos look blurry.

As Adobe haven't responded to this thread I asked the same question on Twitter. I have copied in the Twitter link below. Your have to search individual replies per comment to get full response. Interesting that Adobe have finally admitted there is a resolution problem with Spark.

could not agree more. love the interface, love the finished product, but just cannot use it without higher res. (by contrast, spark post does not have this issue and I use it ALL the time) Adobe - I note that people have been complaining about this for two years at this point. Why haven't you responded?
