How can we improve Adobe Spark Page?

Would really like if there were rollover captions for the photo grid for each individual photo.

    YES! At a minimum let us put captions under the images in a glide (grid) photo array. Without this functionality it makes it almost impossible for me to use this fantastic feature.

    Yes! Or any kind of captions, for that matter. Place taken, camera settings. This is basic stuff... Thanks!

    Yes, please - and the ability to place that caption where it make the most sense (in the sky, for example, instead of over someone's face).
