    Hi Sherif,

    Thanks for reporting this issue, and I'm sorry to hear you lost work. Can you please let me know the following information so I can investigate?

    - The Adobe ID email you were logged into the app with
    - Which app you were using (Post, Page, Video)
    - Which platform (iOS or Android)
    - The rough time and date, if you can remember, that you hit this problem.
    - Does this happen consistently, or just this one time?

    As for your question about extension drafts on the memory card, I'm not quite sure I understand. Can you explain that a little more?
