    I'll definitely second this. It is quite annoying and shocking that a product designed to create a web page doesn't have the ability to "smoothly scroll" the web page using the mouse wheel or laptop track-pad. If I use the side scroll bar (old school way), it will scroll smoothly.

    Adobe Spark team; please remedy this.
