This is what happens when end-users are not included in UX design.
Me: Adobe, I want you to go to the trash or recycle bin on your computer and delete files one at a time... on the clock.
Adobe: But you can select more that one on our app!
Me: On your computer, make 20,000 copies of a text file. Delete them. Go to your recycle/trash. You can select up to 100 at a time and then delete permenently. Oh, some of them will come back.
Adobe: But you can space bar select, tho. It wurks. BTW ur out of space.
