    Really annoying! Here is what I found works:
    1) Move the color selector arbitrarily, so the field gets filed with #xxxxxxx
    2) Paste your color AFTER the existing color. Paste without the # sign
    3) Delete the first 6 digits/letter, leaving only your color.

    This updates the color picker.

    So Adobe developed Adobe Capture for iOS which makes it easy and fun to create color themes, however you can only us it in a few other apps... I was quite shocked when I realized that Spark Post doesn't offer the option to import a theme/palette! Adobe missed a great opportunity to improve adoption
