That's a great question. To answer your question, kind of.

Adobe Spark can only create the front of the card, sized at 5x7. Although there are a few different ways, you can make it work for you.

    Option 1:
    1. Create the front of the card as you usually would. Download either a PNG or JPG. Now, go back to the projects page, upload the front-card and place it on the right-hand side. Resize the image to be 5x7.
    2. If you want a logo or a short message on the back-side of the card, then do so now.
    3. In your printer settings, go ahead and print it as is (check to see if the printer can accept card-stock)
    4. After I have printed it, I take an Exacto-blade and trim it to the edges with a ruler, and with the coloured front, use that to score it. You can use scissors too.
    5. How do you achieve a fold? Well, I use a bone folder, but I have also used a credit card edge when I can't find my bone folder!

    Option 2:
    1. If you don't want to try 'Option 1,' depending on your printer, you can print it on card stock with a pre-scored fold. HP, Epson and Canon will have specialty papers for their printers.
    2. Chances are, you may need to download printer drivers for this.
    3. Change the print settings to the specialty paper on your printer.

    Option 3:
    1. If you don't want to do either option and print it as is with no further work on your part, then this will be the most straightforward option of the three. You won't be able to add anything to the back-side of the card.
    2. All printers are set-up slightly differently; Look at the 'Page Sizing and Handling' settings of your printer. Here, you can click either Multiple or Booklet, where the front of the card shows up on the right-hand side.
    3. The card's front-side should be on the right-hand side. And the back-side, to the left of the front-side.
    4. After you have printed it, take an Exacto-blade and trim it to the edges with a ruler, and with the coloured front, use that to score it.
    5. How do you achieve a fold? Well, I use a bone folder, but I have also used a credit card edge when I can't find my bone folder!

Speaking for myself, if in a jam, option three is the fastest. Followed by option two and options one. I hope that helps a bit.
