People say do not mix personal and business, and mostly I agree. However, my dear friends are all my top citizens and staff. These are people I have long trusted and learned, so I knew I could depend on it, otherwise I wouldn't have been giving it a job. I don't want a partner of 50/50. Yet it was with my friend that I knew my entire life when I thought of a 50/50 partnership (we had talks for a couple of months). He is my number two, he has a 2% net income bonus, and he's doing a job, but I am also his boss, not the same. He's my number two.
