Templates won't load

Currently Adobe spark is not working on my android phone. The templates don't load all I get is the spinning wheel showing its loading. It was working on my Apple phone but I since changed to Android and the app doesn't work on my android. I need this app for work should I go back to apple!?

    Hi, yes this is definitely still an issue in 2020. I haven't been able to access Spark for hours. This is pretty terrible service considering the cost of the Adobe package each month. I'm definitely considering cancelling my subscription.

    I also can't get the template to load on my computer - have had the issue for a week or so.

    Hi there! The team's aware of the issue and is actively investigating it. We'll be releasing an update (version 0.35) to the Google Play Store today and it should hopefully resolve the slowness.
