How can we improve Adobe Spark Video?

Need sound levels higher for TV channel placement

Our city TV channel requires 48kHz -- I want to upload my Spark videos to our channel, but I find that your sound is 44kHz, approximately, and so they won't play. Please, can you increase the level so I may upload them to our cable channel?
