Auto save is hanging up
The auto save feature, that saves the video event time I make a change is not coping with the changes I have made And hangs up.
As I get used to editing video I get faster in my work. Unfortunately i change to much r too quickly. The auto save is hanging up and not stopping. I lost my work as I need to get out.
Please check.

Same issue here. About to lose the redo, again - contacted support. Explained that it was urgent as I have a deadline to keep. Browser cleared, new browser tried etc. Still waiting on a call-back. Did not expect such a vast amount of glitches with Adobe at the helm.

Having the same issue. Just lost a whole project, and I'm pretty sure I'm about to lose the redo. This was my first time trying out Adobe spark. At first I was excited, but this product is a shell of the other quality products Adobe usually offers with too many glitches and not enough flexibility. I'm disappointed. Too bad.
