While trying to upload a 30-sec segment from a one-hour video to edit, Spark continues to say it can't use that video file but it just did 15 minutes ago for a different piece I edited. Cleared cookies. Reset everything and logged back in. Still not working.

Don't use adobe spark. It doesn't auto save and it usually forces you to refresh. I lost three hours of work, so please use this cautiously. Don't be like me and use a different website.

I was almost done with a school project and it didn't save........I am NOT happy!

A few tips. Spark is a pretty cool tool to create fast simple layouts and videos. But it's buggy for sure. When creating something it's a good idea to perform a manual save now and then. This way if you lock up most of your project will still be there. Click the top left SP icon and Save Changes. When building videos, if you get a slide that hangs, just delete it and add another. Clearing browser cache/history usually fixes any issues. If it doesn't, open Activity Monitor and Force Quit everything Adobe. Then log out of CC. Shut down, restart and login back in.

I just discovered its something to do with the images you upload. Make sure they are not to large. This fixes the issue!!!

Yeah, I just lost two hours of work because of this. The original comment was from 2016, and people are still having this problem in 2019. If Spark is a way to test run a cheaper Adobe product before you shell out thousands of dollars for more complex software, thanks for saving me thousands of dollars.

Spark is great - when it works. Right now, I feel like I should be billing Adobe for all the time I've wasted trying to get it to do something really basic - to save the project. It was saving it yesterday for six hours, and never saved, so I recreated the project today, and it's doing the same thing again.
Adobe really shouldn't put out something so buggy and flawed. This isn't the only problem - random photos it won't let me edit, copying a project only to have it disappear, etc. I love it when it works, but lately, it just isn't, and it's sabotaging a lot of my projects in the process. That's unacceptable.

Adobe Spark was amazing a few months ago, now with it autosaving my work, it lags so much it shuts down the whole browser and i have to restart my pc. I have an i5 processor, so it cannot be my computers fault. How do i turn off this autosave ?

I took someone's advice and cleared my history cache and for the first time in three days, I actually see the Spark website showing me progress of my save! I might actually get a video out of all these hours of waiting. That was the best advice all day. Thanks!

Spark has begun to hang, and I've lost quite a bit of work. Waiting for the save feature now in the minutes, only to lose change. Perhaps more server power is needed

Spark is awful!! I have lost so much work. It's keep freezing, crashing and not saving my work. I've used multiple different browsers. This Adobe Spark programme absolutely sucks.

At the end of this month I will be cancelling my subscription ... the auto save feature does not work ... I have tried to save the file multiple times, cleared my cache, rebooted my computer multiple times ... nothing works ... 2 hours later, 5 restarts and I still don't have my 1 minute video saved.

I regret stopping my Canva Subscription! Am working on a design for the last 5 hours because of loading issue of Spark! The same design would have taken less than 30 min in Canva!

Neither Chrome nor Safari is working for me. I have been trying to make a video for three weeks. It just hangs on save. I have lost so much work and time and I am sure my client (who pays for this) is thinking I am slacking. This used to work great. I have used it for years. Is help coming? Thank you! SS
