I want to be able to remove the "Created by" and "Appreciate" buttons

At the bottom of a Spark page custom theme, it automatically generates a "Created by" icon and "Appreciate" heart. I would like to edit the name that is generated.

    We've (the community at large) has been asking Adobe to consider removing the "appreciate" button for years now. To No Avail. No Moderator EVER responds. When I say years..I mean..YEARS! Probably since spark has existed!
