I've just started the 14-day trial and the video buffering is frustrating as ****. I've had to download it to check that it's actually working 3 times now. What's the point of having a Preview if you can't preview it!!?

I am using Chrome on a Windows laptop, my broadband is excellent and every other service is fast but Spark.

Also, can you tell us about your computer (Mac/win, how old), and what your internet connection is like?
