I just had a quite frustrating and unnecessarily long chat session with Nitesh Chouhan (case number ADB-2066457-X4F2).

I started the chat conversation at 1:55 p.m. with a simple question, can the vertical spacing between elements be manually adjusted in Adobe Spark?

He tells me there is a way and asks for my phone number and then asks to remotely access my computer. I grant him access and he proceeds to click around on the page for 20 minutes. It’s obvious he hasn’t used the browser editor before and is clicking all the buttons trying to figure it out to no avail.

Eventually, he says the lack of manual adjustment is a “limitation” and then suggests creating an image and then using it in Spark. This obviously is a terrible and unacceptable workaround strategy. Not only would users be unable to copy and paste from the page, but it would also not scale/be responsive properly when viewed on different screen sizes.

His customer service as well as his technical expertise were both lacking. He called me the wrong name and then proceeded to call me by my last name only, which is rather rude.

The whole ordeal took 45 minutes and, at the end, I ask him to forward my comments on to the development team and, instead, he sends me a “suggestion feature form.” Why can’t he do that? He’s already wasted 45 minutes of my time. I’m definitely disappointed in the quality of service and the lack of user-friendly design options in the software.

I was using Muse and was happy with it but now that Adobe is discontinuing it I was looking at other options and, apparently, Spark won't be one of them.
