Devastated. Weeks of work gone and I didn't even hit the delete button. I cannot believe Adobe doesn't have a recovery solution.

Really upset. Hours of work thrown to the bin, just by changing the size and cannot undo that action.

Where is your Adobe Spark support???? These comments of involuntary deleted files without an undo function is abhorrent! You have much to be ashamed of. Give answers for Christ’ sakes!!

How can I open a project which is continuously buffering and not coming to edit page for finalising the video. It is taking hours every day but only its showing loading

I didn't even press a delete button. I was simply changing themes and the entire video got deleted. I just spent HOURS doing this video. Unbelievable Adobe !!!!!

Education means working with young teens. Sometimes they don't actually read the pop up that is asking if they really want to delete something. If it dropped into a 30 day archive, a trash can, a recovery folder that emptied itself every two weeks...something other than -poof- it's gone. Please look into this. I love auto save but I would also love a way to fix it if a kid isn't paying attention.

WTH POOF!? I didn’t touch the delete button and it said my promise is deleted from the cloud! I was downloading it not deleting it! I’m upset! I worked on it for hours! Please help!

Hi Team Spark it has been a while since you have addressed this issue, March 31, 2017 was your last response to this monumental problem. Many of us have waited for a fix and yet it doesn't seem as if you are actively dealing with it. Please give us a date at the very least you plan to have it working. Until which time I refuse to work for hours on a project only for it to one day disappear without warning despite not touching the 'Delete' button. Thank you for your time in reading this. I appreciate your work and hope to see a fix in the near future.

Seriously? Since Mar 2017, there has not been a solution to this seemingly prominent issue amongst users? How in the world is this acceptable? This app is pretty cool; however, it has been negated by the fact you cannot recover deleted pages. What makes it even worse is the fact that no one has done anything to fix it. This system's lack of an "undo" or "recover" button is asinine and boarding ludicrous...except, I fail to find a tinge of humor in deleting over HALF of my project due in my graduate program! I'm quite certain those who have commented before me feel the same and are baffled at the lack of finding a solution to the problem! For goodness sakes, a simple UNDO button would suffice! And there was no alert...you know, the one that reminds you that you are deleting something? An alert would be nice! I am officially opposed to this program, and will be contacting the appropriate persons regarding this issue. In addition, once I am finished using this program, unless your IT team can find a solution to the problem, I will never use it again and I will encourage others not to use it as well. Thanks for the wasted time...

It's ABSURD that a cloud based creative system doesn't have a "recover files" option. Things get deleted all the time. I can't believe I pay for this service and can't recover my work. I want my money back.

Is there some way to get it back! Lost whole school project, that was due that day! I REALLY don't want a detention.
