PNG is now the default export option on all platforms.

On web, you’ll also have the option to export as PDF (beta) and JPEG.

We’ll be adding the ability to export JPEG on mobile soon.

It only recently came to my attention that my phone was downloading my image in a super blurry way. I couldn't figure out what was going on, but I've never had this problem before. After two hours on a customer chat with a representative, we figured out that it was because I was using the mobile app where the default download option is PNG. For the images that I'm using, this makes them blurry and they lose that crisp polished look to them. I don't know exactly when the export and download options defaulted to only this PNG choice, but it's definitely not working for me. I only use the App version and I manage multiple social media pages or I've defaulted to only using this app to make my images. Moving forward, having blurry images is not going to be a solution for me. I might consider moving my business to another app that has better functionality in it .
