Please! This is seriously bogging down my productivity

It takes to long to search My Posts for my old ads. I have many. I would like a way to archive some and favorite others. Right now I think I have so many that it creates errors downloading and duplicating.

When my company transferred my license to a new company email I lost all of my Spark posts, and all of the links I had sent out broke. After talking to support they've told me there is no way to retrieve them. I think this is a poor function of the platform.
