It would be really great to incorporate a top menu bar that, when on a mobile device, turns into a hamburger menu.

This way, instead of scrolling the page for buttons that would take you to other pages (like how I have it set up), it can be much more organized from the top of the page (like regular websites).

I understand that one of the main ideas for Adobe Spark Page is to have it be single page websites. I get that, and I am not trying to take that away.

I am suggesting this as an option for the software (to turn on and off), rather than something that one must have.

I just had a quite frustrating and unnecessarily long chat session with Nitesh Chouhan (case number ADB-2066457-X4F2).

I started the chat conversation at 1:55 p.m. with a simple question, can the vertical spacing between elements be manually adjusted in Adobe Spark?

He tells me there is a way and asks for my phone number and then asks to remotely access my computer. I grant him access and he proceeds to click around on the page for 20 minutes. It’s obvious he hasn’t used the browser editor before and is clicking all the buttons trying to figure it out to no avail.

Eventually, he says the lack of manual adjustment is a “limitation” and then suggests creating an image and then using it in Spark. This obviously is a terrible and unacceptable workaround strategy. Not only would users be unable to copy and paste from the page, but it would also not scale/be responsive properly when viewed on different screen sizes.

His customer service as well as his technical expertise were both lacking. He called me the wrong name and then proceeded to call me by my last name only, which is rather rude.

The whole ordeal took 45 minutes and, at the end, I ask him to forward my comments on to the development team and, instead, he sends me a “suggestion feature form.” Why can’t he do that? He’s already wasted 45 minutes of my time. I’m definitely disappointed in the quality of service and the lack of user-friendly design options in the software.

I was using Muse and was happy with it but now that Adobe is discontinuing it I was looking at other options and, apparently, Spark won't be one of them.

Love the look of Adobe Spark but I am finding it terrifying that I cannot back up my work anywhere. Could spend weeks/months on something and no confidence it won't just go 'pooooffff' and disappear. Can't even easily cut and paste the text I've created in the pages either (which would have been a clumsy but viable workaround). Very scary. Quite reluctant to use Adobe Spark as more than just a one-off for this reason. I need to share results of scientific research and it needs to be archivable to be accountable. Feeling very nervous about the first ever set of Spark pages I created. Hesitate to say it but I might have create it all over again in good ole PowerPoint... Hoping a saving/exporting/archiving feature gets added so I can keep using Spark instead.

Muse is great for putting up content while traveling, especially with Lightroom and Photoshop mobile apps getting more robust. I can keep friends and family up to date without have to deal with Muse quirkiness on the road.

I would like to be able to open a page in the same (_self) window, and have a "back" button option to return to initial page, rather than forcing every link to open in a new window. If you create a "home" page with links to other pages and links back to the home page, you end up with a lot of windows. Yes, you can close the new window, but that's not natural browsing behavior. See here: https://spark.adobe.com/page/S6x8HOu6BaeVm/ for an example of how an index page of sorts can be made, but creating a kind of multi-page website that behaves normally doesn't quite work.

Incidentally, for somebody looking to put Spark content into his own domain, there is a plug-in available for Muse which does a pretty good job of inserting Spark Page content into a Muse site.
